At Dubai Lions Rugby Club, we are committed to growing the girls’ game by creating a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment where player development always comes before results.

Our Girls Rugby programme provides every player—from U4 through to U19—with the opportunity to develop rugby skills, confidence and leadership in a positive and supportive setting. Through age-appropriate coaching, we focus on building strong technical fundamentals, game awareness and decision-making while ensuring every session is enjoyable, engaging and centred on individual development.

We believe rugby has the power to shape confident, resilient young women. Alongside developing their abilities on the field, our players learn the values that define our club and the sport itself: respect, teamwork, discipline, courage and integrity. Every girl is encouraged to challenge herself, support her teammates and grow in confidence both on and off the pitch.

Whether new to rugby or aspiring to compete at the highest level, every player benefits from a clear development pathway designed to help her reach her potential while fostering a lifelong love for the game.
